Mercado came to life after looking past the obvious icons of contemporary culture — going as far back as the Aztec culture that gave us maíz and chiles and the foundation of everything we all enjoy today as Mexican cuisine.

Mercado is located in St. Pete’s Edge District the goto spot for quesadillas, burritos and street tacos, it’s a fast-paced outdoor eatery that also includes a full liquor bar.
